Nancy Hogshead-Makar Speaks out on Title IX and the FHSAA

Nancy Hogshead-Makar's demand to the Florida High School Athletics Association is clear - call an audible or get ready for a legal battle.

Hogshead-Makar has joined with other lawyers to represent a group called Florida Parents for Athletic Equity. The group contends a FHSAA policy enacted in late April that would cut the regular-season schedules of nearly all sports violates gender-equity laws.
